Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada has been an Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous television series. Family members fled from Afghanistan and was granted asylum in US. She was born there. They raised her by two sisters in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her career on the world of television when she appeared in National Commercials. In the Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2004) Ghanizada was the principal character in Chiara a performance for which she was awarded an award for best actress at a film festival nomination. She has appeared in television shows like How I Met Your Mother The CW's Entourage Veronica Mars, The Wedding Bells NuMB3RS Bones Psych as well as Castle. In the past, she was the role of a support character in Blood Shot (2009). She also appeared as an individual comedian in You Only Better 2009. Ghanizada was played by her role in the General Hospital spinoff General Hospital that was broadcast on prime-time TV. Season 2 of General Hospital, Night Shift, the actress played the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra a holistic doctor. Ghanizada starred as Kelly as a Prada Sales Girl in HBO Entourage from 2009, and was cast as a character for the television pilot Tough Trade by Weeds creator Jenji Kohn and executive producer T Bone Burnett.
