Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP and a frightened father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and I am most popular with my followers. I write about my daily life, my good and bad days. I moved to America with my parents and brother in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story for you were it not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. My parents inspired me and helped me to become successful. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy a house and have kids. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for success, life had different plans. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that I disliked my corporate position. While the pay and the status was great however, I wasn't sure if it was fulfilling. It was more like I was simply wasting my time. While I moved to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help people. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Within this industry there is a lack of Asian women. As coach, my mission is to motivate people to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet the individual's goals and needs. It is my goal for me to help others chase their goals and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. As my professional career took the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the worst of everything. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will keep her in my heart. It is true that life has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. The passing of my mother changed me in many ways, and I am convinced that my mom gave me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. My 30's are the first time I really feel that I'm alive. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you will resonate by my experiences and words in order to let you know that you are not the only one, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and to be healthy is truly the most valuable asset. Because death is all that we can have I wish you a great time in the rest of your days and live without regrets.
